We did a competitor shop recently for both wages and pricing- I will find it and send it to you but it was before the summer so might be time again. Our rates are $37.50 per hour with credit card and $36.50 if the client pays by EFT. $40.00 per hour if under 20 hours per week. Our rate for all facilities is $36.00 including VCH. We pay caregivers $20.00 if registered but only if they work for the VCH clients. Elizabeth and I will discuss tomorrow as we need caregivers right away so if we have some leeway it could help as we have a pool of deactivated caregivers that we might be able to entice back.
