Invoices - We just checked outlook and all invoices are being sent to them on a weekly basis, they might be going to his junk mail on his end. 2. Account statement- There was a slight delay in sending this to client due to miscommunication and issues with multi user qb- Client requested this Thursday, we are sending it today. 3. Incorrect charge on PAD- Tim Sr accidentally charged another client's invoice to this client because the names are identically the same : One is Ronnie Hirsh and the other is Ronie Hirsh. Thats when that email above was sent I understand the client is upset, I can get on call with them to solve this issue.
