Based on the profile of the employee, you are looking at example 4 and therefore, need to deal with Quebec taxation. Given that HCA has other entities in Alberta, consideration should be given to putting this individual under the Alberta entity=E2=80=99s payroll and pay her out = of that entity. I know that Amanda is looking to revisit the whole payroll structure for the Canadian group, so it may make sense not to bring this individual into the Quebec payroll from day 1.
