They are looking for daily 24/7 care. They were looking for care in Raytown, MO which is ten miles away and the zip code entered says that we cover this area. I reached out after the call and was told that they do not cover this area. I was just made aware that they only cover Kansas City. If this was a web lead I possibly would have been able to check but this was an intake call. I have brought up this concern with all of the midwest GMs when I first started this role and no one responded. I asked if the zip codes could be updated so that we would not have to call clients back to tell them we can't cover your area. Would this be something that can be taken care of so that we can provide the correct information during the initial call? Please let me know your thoughts.
