As I mentioned at the start of the call, we have a couple of small changes that will be happening with the cohort calls over the next few months. To start with our announcements will no longer take up time on the calls. Recently we met with the Franchise Advisory Council and based on a conversation around communication we have determined that we have far too many email announcements coming out. To help overcome this challenge we will now be sending out short announcements once per week on Wednesdays. These announcements will be the only one you get during the week and will contain any information about new materials, changes and updates in the community etc. This means that we will have more time on our Cohort calls for questions and topics as well as less emails to read throughout the month. On our call today we discussed: Background Checks. How far back, what criteria are you running etc. Discussed the ClearCare third party product through GIS. Susie in Albuquerque recommended vendor - Collective Intelligence. Here is their website. Community and client referral programs. I=E2=80=99ve attached the payout s= chedule for the Ambassador Program SEO and Ad Words strategies and multiple campaigns. Retargeting Campaigns and their effectiveness and tracking of ROI.
