He dragged his feet for a week and missed the cutoff. Yes, you are correct . It was too late for last week, and will be paid this week. The invoice dated 8.21 (Wednesday)- when was that one approved? *From:* an.ly@thekey.com *Sent:* Tuesday, September 3, 2024 3:51 PM *To:* 'Laszlo Kovacs' *Subject:* RE: Missing Payments (Jessica Groen, Joy Terlesky) Hi Laszlo, The invoice is approved on 08.28 , Friday. We need all invoices to be approved before Wednesday so I can submit AP payment request for the week. The invoice is dated 08.21.24, due to the volume I do ask vendors to give AP at least 2-3 weeks of processing time to voucher, get it approved, and be on my request list. Things were going smoothly for a few months but lately the payments are always late. Thanks ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: *Chuck Terlesky* Date: Tue, Sep 3, 2024 at 2:49=E2=80=AFPM Subject: Missing Payments (Jessica Groen, Joy Terlesky) To: Timothy Thomas Hi Tim, For three pay cycles in a row, Jessica's pay has yet to be paid on the expected Friday. Jessica has taken steps to submit it early, and I also approved it the same day I saw the invoice come through. She still needs to be paid for last week's submission. Joy's pay was also missed last Friday. It's imperative that we pay our contracted employees, as not making the payments causes them and me a lot of stress. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Regards, Chuck -
