For Kistal, I have added her but no True Up earned due to not meeting goals- however I did check with CAN payroll and she has been missed from the commission cycle on our end. To make up for that I am submitting soon to CAN payroll a total of $2000 for her. This was determined by taking her 4 months of missed bridge and multiplying by the 50% of the target amount ($500) being given to the rest of her peers. Thanks!
