We have over 15 sites hitting their stretch goals with five sites tracking 1M YOY increases compared to 2 sites last year. We also saw some great milestones in June: - Lori Wengerd and her team in Columbus, Ohio surpassed the 300k mark. - Carolina and Jay Orosa and their team in Vancouver, BC surpassed the 300k mark. Congratulations, Lori and Carolina! On another note, these two sites continue to have the highest SER scores in the network. Congratulations to the Bowman Family for joining the Million Dollar Club. Mark and his family have done a great job introducing CTM to the Salt Lake City community and have seen some great growth this past year. *Annual Convention * Our convention is right around the corner. We are excited to see everyone to Denver for a dynamic three days. Please make hotel reservations as time is running out. Check out our convention website here to begin planning your time in Denver. *Franchise Advisory Council (FAC)* The FAC will be meeting on Tuesday prior to the convention to streamline processes and procedures moving forward. If you have any thoughts or ideas for FAC, please contact your FAC representatives: Ted Holmgren, Lori Wengerd, Jeff Schweikert, Will Reid, Steve Darley and Amy Harris. *HCAU* We had an extremely successful launch of our new HCAU. We had over 80% of our locations join during the early registration period. Many sites have commented on the ease of use and the plethora of new courses available for caregivers and staff. Our FAC sub-committee on Employee Care is working on caregiving training programs utilizing the new platform, which will be announced at the convention in September. *Network-Wide Contests * We have some exciting contests being announced over the next few months. The first contest will be related to online reviews. Stay tuned for the announcement that will be sent in the next few days. *Executive Team* The executive team continues to meet on a monthly basis to develop the strongest brand/company in home care. The team consists of Lily Sarafan, Chen Xie, Danny Shapiro, Barbara Schuh, Yarona Marks and Ashley Mirone. The team is currently working on long-term partnerships, operational efficiencies, growth metrics and company unity. Lily, Chen, Danny, Yarona and Ashley will be at the convention and we look forward to you meeting the executive team in person.
