I am excited that they are on Salesforce because that info will be immensely helpful. I've been working with Chuck and Carolina to review their targeting, keywords, and negative keywords and adjust the budgets accordingly. We are also switching Chuck's campaign to have a narrower advertising window to line up with when the team is manning the phones. When we launch ads for TheKey for US locations we will be able to apply learnings to the Canadian locations as well, with the support of the Canada team to see what local nuances should be taken into account. We can chat through all of this in more detail tomorrow.
