Here are some answers to your questions regarding the app. - If CG is having geo fencing issues they can either open their app and move their pin, or walk to the fence. OR they can screenshot it and send to office and office can move pin - If CG works for multiple agencies that are in Wellsky they can have the "toggle" between agency feature *ONLY* if they are using the same exact email and password for all instances - For CGs that have unsubscribed to all communication they are getting notified they need to switch apps every time they log into the old app. Offices can identify which CGs have unsubscribed by the red triangle next to their name. Anyone with that symbol is not receiving any communication from us other than what they see in the app - Yahoo email in Canada and Hotmail email in US blocks Wellsky email.
