Please note that NY state min is now $15.50 but because there is a separate ordinance passed for home care aides back in 2024, we follow that min wage of $18.55/hr per the ordinance. It is also worth mentioning here that MI is changing as of 01/01/25 but there is also another hike scheduled on 02/21/2025. @Roxana Cruz please update the travel time in Clearcare using the highest min wage within the agency as we've done in the past. Looks like no further action is needed for Bay Area and Los Angeles since SF and Pasadena minimum are not changing. The other agencies will need to be reviewed and updated. The IRS has not announced the mileage reimbursement rate for 2025 yet.
