In determining the payment dates for 2024, the biggest change factor was that most of our Incentive Plans will now include one or more Financial Metrics, so the calculation, review, and approval processes will start later in the month than in 2023. Also, we will be paying the Quarterly Bonuses on the same pay date as the Monthly bonuses in 2024. Note: These payment dates will also be used for our January and February Bridge Bonus Payments.
