Client has three younger sisters, Billie , Bambi, and Bridget. Billie and Bridget Both live within an hour and a half away and are supportive in care. POA is Ferbie Marcum Phillips the client=E2=80=99s cousin who lives here in Columb= us. Did a home assessment after the physical assessment at the hospital. Client lives with her Wife/partner Wanda, who is currently in rehab, following back surgery and a broken leg. During Covid, their historically, clean home became very cluttered and an organized clean hoarding home. Family is currently organizing and working to clear areas for a hospital bed bedside commode and bedside table being delivered by Hospice. By the time Sadie comes home, they will have made a large dent however, it will be a work in progress. Sadie enjoys jewelry making, and bead work and looks forward to a caregiver that will sit and work with her on projects. They have a beautiful courtyard patio out front that the caregiver can enjoy and both client and family want the caregiver to feel welcomed and share any food or drinks that are present while on shift. The caregiver bedroom is the first bedroom down the hallway and the bathroom that will be designated for her is in the master bedroom that at this time will be used as storage as the hospital bed and DME will be placed in the living room. Client struggles with being in control and the caregiver will need to exhibit patience and present tasks with the intention of assisting not telling the client what=E2=80=99s going to be done. Client worked for Honda= and was the HR Director so she is used to being in control at work and at home. Ferbie will set med boxes and assist in the gallbladder flush if needed should the client be unable to perform the flush herself the caregiver may need to assist in draining the bag as needed. Assisting with ADLs, Companion care, Meal prep as well as meal pick up as the client likes to eat out. Ferbie will do grocery shopping and all laundry As the laundry room is in the basement and it is filled with things and the dryer is not functioning properly. There will be a basket for dirty clothes and linens. Ht: Wt: Ge
