This new process will not only save time but also help us quickly identify any discrepancies in accounting codes, ensuring smoother and faster invoice entry into the system. How This Will Impact You: - Approval Process: All you need to do is approve the Purchase Orders (POs) submitted through the new system. - No Impact to P&L: Approving the POs will not affect your P&L, ensuring the financials remain unaffected by this process change. The new PO process also empowers our suppliers and vendors to submit invoices seamlessly through Coupa via the Coupa Supplier Portal, which provides a centralized platform for managing, issuing, and tracking invoices. We believe this improvement will enhance workflows for both internal teams and external partners, creating a more efficient and streamlined process.
