You can find detailed information on it in slides 3-7 here. The goal is to go live as "TheKey Formerly Home Care Assistance" the week of 3/13. When it comes to IT/Tech, there are a couple of main items: 1. *IVR and Email Updates.* Tim will be project managing these operational items. These must be completed the week of 3/6 so that they can go live the week of 3/13. 2. *Website.* Rise will publish the MVP pages outlined here for TheKey.ca which will direct users to the existing microsites for more local info. Phil is taking point on the website. I am helping to manage the approvals and information with Tim taking point on gathering any local information needed. - There will be an ongoing Brightspot expense that Phil has addressed separately with the appropriate stakeholders.
