I have a couple of CG's on our roster that went back to school FT but I'm keeping as they will be home over the holidays and said they could help out if needed and another who is getting ready to go on FMLA so this lowers our numbers even more. Since we have made some of the changes I've had 2 people come through orientation. I've had one interview since we started those with none on the future schedule. I want to be ready to go when Jake is up and running and I'm worried because we can't seem to get there.
