Here's what you can expect: - *Sharper Focus:* We're streamlining the MOR to prioritize operational discussions and ensure the information is timely and relevant. - *Earlier Meetings:* We'll be moving the meeting to earlier in the month so we can discuss the most current data. - *Alignment with Compensation Goals:* We're updating the content to reflect the new compensation goals being rolled out. To allow time for these improvements, we'll be skipping the November MOR. Our next meeting will be in early December, where we'll discuss November's results. I will keep you updated so you can plan accordingly.
