On Sunday, August 4, 2024, our caregiver, Lynn Thorton, fainted. Unfortunately, she landed on our client, pushing the client=E2=80=99s chair= over. The client was injured and taken to the hospital where she spent several nights. We got the message from Frax, reporting the client=E2=80=99s POA/n= ephew had asked =E2=80=9Cwhat are we going to do about it=E2=80=9D. Jennifer Pip= er called me before I had a chance to reach out to the POA and told me to inform him that TheKey will cover the medical costs. Which I did. I was going to reach out to legal to ask how to proceed, but Jenniffer said she would manage. The client is Eleanor Goldsmith. Her nephew is James McVee. We did create a Worker's Comp report saying the client was injured but the caregiver was not.
