I was told that there had been prior conversations with the Ohio JV that they didn=E2=80=99t want Susie to assist with any other areas in the Midwes= t when other recruiters are out on PTO, but in my last conversation with Steve and Will they seem to be on board with allowing Susie to help when her peers are on PTO so I think having Brandy back up in Susie=E2=80=99s absence woul= d work out well.
