These 17 sites are not only classified as =E2=80=9CLarge=E2=80=9D based on = revenue performance (10M+), but they also play a critical role in our success: - 58% of Total Personal Care Revenue - 60% of Total Personal Care EBITDA - 58% of Tier 1 Census - 43% of Tier 2 Census Given their impact, our priority is to ensure we are aligned and consistently executing against the key drivers of growth and operational excellence. Meeting Objectives: Each session will focus on actionable KPIs and weekly progress in the following areas: - Demand generation and pipeline conversion - New business development - Client mix and retention - Weekly sales and account activities (HCLs, GMs, CSMs) - Caregiver recruitment and fulfillment - Client experience and issue resolution Meeting Cadence & Format: - Frequency: Weekly, beginning this Thursday - Structure: Split by Division =E2=80=93 East and West - Attendees: Regional Directors of Operations and Sales, General Managers, and Area Sales Managers - Invites: Calendar invites will follow shortly This is an important step in reinforcing a culture of consistent performance, shared accountability, and continuous improvement.
