I especially appreciate the candidate feedback and suggestions to make the call more valuable and productive for the group. As Tim suggestion, I am going to send a survey to everyone shorty so we can take a poll on a possible shift to Fridays for our call. As a recap of our discussion today: We discussed ways to better manage overtime, late clock in and outs and Call offs The consensus was: - Hiring the right person is part, but we need a strategy to address and mange existing staff - Will shared that in Cincinnati they allow allow 80 hours of unbillable overtime weekly and then beyond that this is a concern - Making confirmation calls weekly for weekend shifts - Have a policy around how many call outs over a specific period of time before we separate - Look at root cause. Are a lot of call offs for one specific client? Is it an issue with the client? - Gather caregiver feedback after the first shift - For missed clock ins, if it is chronic=E2=80=A6warning, written - Gathering best practices when someone calls out. Dig for the underlying reason and try and problem solve with them. Don't make it eas= y for them just to call and say I won't be able to make it. Discussed options for insurance other than Silverstone. Cincinnati Insurance was shared by Ted. Jules may have a broker and will share if they work outside her state. *As we will be together in person in April, our next call will be in May. As of now it is set for May 4th. Should we move it to Friday's based on the survey feedback, it will be on May 5th. I will send an update once the survey is complete.* *March Announcements* *[image: Inline image 1]* We are headed into the final stretch of the 1st Quarter!
