This means that any shifts for the payroll week of 07/31-08/06 that were only finalized on Monday were not sent to Workday as of this morning. We understand that the field is still doing a lot of their finalization and cleanup on Mondays, so this ClearCare issue has a big impact on payroll. The percentage of missing shifts per location is dependent on whether the office is finalizing daily. Overall, it looks like about 30% of last week's completed shifts are not in Workday as of this morning. A ticket was opened with ClearCare/Wellsky yesterday and a meeting is scheduled this morning. The executive team has already been notified of the issue. Once the integration is online the missing shifts will be sent to Workday and at that time the payroll team will generate off cycle payments for the missing hours. However, there may be delays with caregivers receiving their full pay this Friday depending on when the Wellsky fix is implemented. Unfortunately, we do not have a full list of impacted individuals as there is no audit trail in ClearCare for shifts that were not finalized as of Monday. However, the DART team is working tirelessly with ClearCare at this time to resolve the issue and we are hoping to get the CG's paid via off-cycle payroll run ASAP to make them whole. Most recent update: We just received notice from the DART team that the issue with Wellsky has been fixed. However, the field needs to ensure all days from the pay period 07/31-08/06 were finalized. The impacted CG=E2=80=99s should expect 2 check= s for this pay period. The first check includes all shifts that were finalized as of Sunday and the payroll team will generate off-cycle payments for shifts that were finalized only on Monday.
