I replied back asking her for clarification on what she is asking for in terms of accommodations (i.e., work from home FT), as her email sounds a bit like a resignation, but was not clear. Inna has not responded yet; she's back to work tomorrow, I will be connecting with her then. "Hi Taneisha, I have a bit of a dilemma with going back physically to the office. I was really counting that coming back to the office would be later and planned the next month of April accordingly. As you know , I have my NCLEX coming up at the end of April and I arranged my schedule so that after finishing my shift, I would be spending all my free time studying. Going back to the office would save me two hours out of my day , which I really need to use to study. Also, I have signed up for a preparation course which starts exactly at 330 and this would have worked if I am working from home, but being the office, I would not make it on time. For the past two days, I was really struggling to make it work, but I am not sure if I can go back to the office at this time. I know this is part of the business protocol and there is no way around it. It also wouldn't be fair for the rest of the staff. But I do have to prioritize finishing school after such a long time and finally writing my exam. I am really sorry, I really tried to make it work, but I am not sure I am able a t this time. With Gratitude, Inna" Please let me know your thoughts.
