When preparing the 2022 corporate tax returns, it came to our attention tha= t several of the entities had outdated addresses. It would be good to get t= hese updated such that any physical mail is directed to the right location.= There are two ways we can go about this: 1. Tim can log into his My Business Account and update the addresses usi= ng the "manage address" service. This would be the faster and cheaper alter= native, but would require more work on your end. 2. We can draft a letter for each entity requesting the addresses be upd= ated, have this signed and mail it off. As this would need to be physically= mailed in, it would likely take longer to be implemented. This alternative= would also of course be more costly in terms of our fees incurred.
