Please take a few minutes to complete a short survey by clicking HERE . *CTM* We're excited to announce a new set of training tools for the CTM Interventionist Program, which were developed to address the high interest in implementing the Interventionist Program and to offer offices a more flexible training schedule. If you are new to the CTM Interventionist Program, The CTM_MFS Implementation Starting Manual (Intranet > Cognitive Therapeutics > Operations Manual; *Phase II: Implement CTM Interventionist Program*) provides a step-by-step guide for implementing the CTM Interventionist Program. It also contains links to the following resources: - Offices can now direct the Interventionist Trainer (the person who would be training future Interventionists) to complete viewing the Interventionist Train the Trainer Videos (Intranet > Cognitive Therapeutics > Interventionist Program). This is a four-part video that explains how to train and manage an Interventionist. - The CTM Interventionist Program Implementation Manual (Intranet > Cognitive Therapeutics > Interventionist Program) is a detailed manual for Managers / Interventionist Trainer that offers guidance on the program implementation processes, including how to market the Interventionist program, hire and train Interventionists and generate monthly reports for clients. - As a reminder and as noted in the manuals, once the Interventionist Trainer is trained, Interventionist training should be conducted in-person at each office, utilizing the Interventionist Training Link (Password: ctm525), also available via the CTM Intranet.
