Only full months will be billable. - If billing starts on the 1st of the month, then accounting accruals would not be needed. - Sensor equipment package costs could change year to year. No language in the contract is required. - Equipment costs would vary depending on the size of the home. - Lifeguard would have to provide us the costs of equipment per client. - CSM service costs are not included in the contract. CSM costs are included in the clients houry care costs. - Automated wellness reports will not be billable. Provided via PDG or invitation to a dashboard (future state). - We will need to track equipment costs in Clear Care and Salesforce. We will need four tag identifiers (tier 1 and tier 2) - Tag 1 - a person with a Lifeguard Care contract - Tag 2 - a person with a Lifeguard Contract + receiving care - Tag 3 - a person with a Lifeguard Pro contract - Tag 4 - a person with a lifeguard Pro contract + receiving care - Billing will hit one item type in Netsuite and the same GL. - Lifeguare revenue will flow through the same caregiver revenue account. - No system requirements are required at this point for the pilot. It will depend on how many clients we attain. For 10 clients, it is not cost effective. For 300 clients we would move forward. - We will keep the billing processes manual for now until we can prove there is value. - We will not be able to systemize all the different revenue streams. - For accounting, they would want the billing at the beginning of the month so that no accrual is needed. - Clients will be receiving a quarterly nurse assessment. - Lifeguard will install and uninstall equipment if they are having issues - There will need to be an accounting of or listing of devices installed. - Lifeguard will be managing and storing photos - Update contract to include information on how to handle client issues with service or sensors. - Jeanie's team will own the new client audit. Making sure it is all set up correctly. - For existing customers, we won't know what a new Lifeguard agreement is in effect and we need to add billing tags. - Appwrap would need to develop - Need to document in the playboo
