I could do without the staffing stand down, as it seems no one really passes anything down. If information is needed it could be an email. Our 1:1's, pipeline and deep dive I feel are essential at this time for me. I am also looking forward to the Monthly HR meetings that we can attend if we feel we need training/guidance on that month's topic.
