From a Treasury perspective, we would be willing to facilitate a wire payment to this customer to expedite the process. I would defer to Steve as far as the signed legal agreements and such, but we would still require the banking details from this customer in order to process a wire outside of the typical vendor set up process that An does. From a controls perspective, if we are not doing any vendor validation prior to submitting payment we would want to make sure that the customer knows that their banking information must be complete and accurate, otherwise the funds may be sent to an incorrect account. If this is going into a Canadian bank account, we would need the customers bank number, branch number, and account number as well as their full name, address, and email address. Compared to most legal documents, we really streamlined it so I think this is as short as we can do. Given the client is no longer on services I do think it's important that we get this document signed rather than just issuing the payment without any assurances the matter is resolved. Happy to discuss further if needed. On Tue, Jul 22, 2025 at 3:02=E2=80=AFPM Sharon Speirs = wrote: > Hi all > Is there no simpler form of paying this already unhappy client?
