The goals and objectives of my visit will be to help you identify areas of strength and areas where I can support you in your growth by providing guidance, coaching, tools and resources. In preparation for my visit I've attached the Site Efficiency Review Tool. You will notice that this document has 4 tabs. The first tab outlines the overall score, the second and third break down areas of concentration into Financial/KPI and Operations and then the last tab outlines some recommended prep work for you to allow us to make the most of our time together. I=E2=80=99ve *attached *a PowerPoint Template for your use in com= piling and organizing the information collected in your pre-work. Please feel free to expand on the PowerPoint in any way. The pre-work includes - Completing a SWOT analysis on each of your key team members, the business as a whole and yourself. These would be for your use mostly, b= ut as a minimum, I would ask you to complete the SWOT analysis on the busin= ess as a whole for us to work on together - Complete a Competitive Shop Analysis using the competitor shop template - Provide Profit and Loss statements for each individual month for the last 12 months - Provide a Summary Profit and Loss Statement for the last 12 months, 24 months & 36 months - Complete a self-review using this Site Efficient Review tool and calculating a score of yourself assessment. - Goals - Plan to share your 3 and 5 year goals. During the visit, we will begin to develop a plan to support you in reaching them both personally and professionally. - SalesForce: Complete information in SalesForce including attached files*. This should include: - Ad Words/SEO Vendor - background Check Vendor - Survey/Review Company - Payroll Company - Business License effective and expiration dates* - Lease effective and expiration dates* - Liability Insurance effective and expiration dates* - Worker=E2=80=99s Compensation effective and expiration dates* - State Home Care License effective and expiration dates (if applicable)* Your attention to this pre-work will allow us to identify areas of focus for our strategic plan.
