He stated he will call me back with that number once he arrives back home, he was driving. I will call the banker again today and try to get this resolved. If no response is received by end of day, I think we should move forward in suspending care and I will recommend this to Gerard ( collections manager ) I will report back once I have made another attempt to contact the banker and advise on next steps.
