We followed the following procedure: 1. Open the existing client account in Salesforce. 2. Create a new opportunity on the existing client account record. Here, input the new animal kingdom information, referral account, assessment information, etc. 3. Take the opportunity through to =E2=80=9CClosed Won,=E2=80=9D (the conve= rsion to ClearCare) as if onboarding a new client. This will reactivate the existing client account in ClearCare. 4. Go to the existing client account in ClearCare to start The client was not reactivated automatically. I had to do it manually. If you can see what went wrong so that is it tracked properly.
