We=E2=80=99ve brought in new business from a few different sources. One cli= ent came through our recent postcard campaign, while the others primarily came from Google Paid Search. We also had a new WCB client onboard last week, and two additional starts have come through CDHC funding. Unfortunately, on the caregiver side, we are on the verge of losing a client due to ongoing caregiver turnover. This continues to be a challenge as we work to meet the specific care needs of our clients. (drivers, language, location) As reflected in the data, revenue in Calgary has remained flat. This is largely due to a low volume of SOC activity, and the new clients we are signing on generally require only a minimal number of service hours. Lastly, we=E2=80=99ve noticed a significant drop in phone inquiries. Most n= ew leads come in through web form submissions rather than direct calls. Please let me know if you=E2=80=99d like any further details on these point= s.
