Kevin is looking to begin services as soon as Monday, July 28, 2025. He would like to have services every Mon, Wed, and Thurs from 10am - 2pm for between three and six months. He is looking into moving to a handicap facility that can accommodate his needs. Continuing services will be discussed at the time that he moves. I have some concerns about the condition of the home due to clutter. He had a fall recently and stated that it was due to his home being cluttered. When I asked Kevin to explain the condition of the home he stated that after his surgery four months ago he has not been able to get to the trash. He stated that there are soda cans and clothes on the floor.
