Your mother has been completing the exercises daily that Dr. Vu Minh has recommended, I can ask Sandra that your mother complete them again for a second time when she is present. However if you feel that there has not been significant improvement, the physiotherapist would be able to recommend a more challenging exercise routine according to your mother's ability. The physiotherapist would also be able ensure proper technique and train our caregiver to ensure that the exercises are done properly each day. For reasons of liability, the caregivers are not certified to initiate any changes to the exercise plans without a detailed recommendation by a medical professional. We have a physiotherapist that we often refer our clients to, Corey Wolofsky with Physiotherapist en Route (514) 949-6280 can be contacted to schedule an assessment at home and create recommendations based on the assessment.
