I just don=E2=80=99t understand how you want me to intervene, I do not have the po= wer to do anything more. I advise you to pay Noreen as you determine is right. She needs to be paid. I am also upset because we discussed working with Cheque Emploi before signing with Homecare and you assured us that there are some initial hurdles to get it going but once it goes, it works. You told us you had clients with this and it was working fine. But it seems that it is not and it seems you expect something more from me when I am repeatedly told from the CLSC that it is being looked into. Does not Homecare Assistance have a protocol of what to do in these cases and a person who can work with Cheque Emploi more closely?
