(1st Signed Contract) - Followed up with Carmen at Winston Park who booked 10 days of Covid staffing to ask if any more upcoming shifts and received additional staffing shifts. Did a few additional outreach attempts for staffing shi= fts due to increased caregivers needing shifts to work. Challenges/Concerns (Referral Account Specific) - Cell Phone Number Not Active. This has impacted my work, unable to determine how this might be impacting results and new business. I have had several people say they could not get a hold of me but didn=E2= =80=99t have missed calls. I have also been perplexed why numerous people weren=E2= =80=99t returning my calls. The virtual number (Given out on my business card) no longer existed. I was receiving some calls through office transfers and direct callbacks also rang on my phone. No issues with outbound calls so it was difficult to find the issue. I know the number was active my 1st week because I tested it. This issue reflects poorly on me and the company. When someone called the number it rang endlessly and didn=E2=80=99t go anyw= here. New business cards and collateral have been ordered. I now need to retrace to apologies for not being accessible. - My concerns about the new intake process and lead follow-ups were discussed with Matt. Forecast toward Monthly Goal: Goal Currently at Forecast Start of Care 3 1 Revenue $10,000 General Insights/Observations: - Discussed with Matt my observation about the Pipeline meetings.
