He had services with us and still owes us a lot of money. He hasn't been a client for a long time. I am not sure why this client was reactivated but it's concerning that new surveys are going out to very old clients as if they are new. Bill canceled services after his father passed and he had amazing care and service. He likely gave this zero because we are still chasing him for money.
