The event will bring people together to use their bodies and their minds to raise awareness and money to support research around women= =E2=80=99s brain health and Alzheimer=E2=80=99s disease. As a part of this one-of-a-ki= nd event, attendees will participate in a 45 minute yoga class, 45 minutes of all-levels cardiovascular fitness and guided meditation as well as explore a mind-powered marketplace featuring some of the biggest names in food, innovation, science, fitness and well-being. *We encourage you and your staff, caregivers, friend and family to attend if there is an event in or near where you live!* *If there is not a Move for Minds event in a city near you, we encourage you to donate to our Home Care Assistance company page: * https://www.crowdrise.com/homecareassistance.
