We need some additional input from you to make final updates: *MONTREAL FRENCH CCA:* - The d/b/a for Montreal is *Home Care Assistance (Montreal) Inc. d/b/a TheKey*. How do we type "d/b/a" in French? *ONTARIO AND TORONTO CCA:* - Steve informed me that we have several different companies in Ontario/Toronto. We have two different CCAs. Do we still need two CCAs? = And which entity are we operating under in Ontario/Toronto? I have updated the rest of the CCAs and am in the process of updating supporting documents (payment authorizations, etc). I will complete this as soon as I have this additional information from you.
