I do just pay them a dail= y rate but this is how I'd break it down if required so I could never run in= to an issue with employment standards. If a CG is working FT as a live in an= d we ask for hourly shifts, I'd always pay that as OT. I don't believe the rate is in the caregiver agreements but I have= n't been handling them for some time.
