Unfortunately, your direct deposit information was not uploaded to your file before the payroll cutoff date and so your funds were not able to be direct deposited. Your pay rate was also not entered into the system and so you were paid at $16/hour rather than the $17 you mentioned you were hired at. Any errors here will be corrected on the next pay cheque. My apologies that there was some internal mistakes in this regard and we will make sure it gets straightened out before the next pay period.
