Key updates: Interviewed Cindy Skulsky, HCL candidate for Winnipeg market. Provided = feedback to the local GM and recruiters. Proceeded with an offer today = (Friday, 05/06). Scheduled an interview with Robin Colman, HCL candidate for Toronto = downtown for 05/09. Worked with Debbie Teakell to =E2=80=9CCanadianize=E2=80=9D the HCL job = posting. There has been challenges in getting good candidates for the = markets in Vancouver and Toronto. Connected with Nicole St Eve and Roger Caron. Reminded them of updating = the top 20 strategic accounts on salesforce.com = platform. Attended pipeline meeting with Chuck and team and will initiate one with = Joey soon. Had a separate meeting with Chuck in identifying sales = operations priorities in Calgary. It is clear Nicole needs more focus in = her efforts and fine tuning her message. Canadian sales force optimization proposal discussion with Tim today at = 3.30PM EST. Will provide a report after this discussion for approval = from the leadership team. Essentially this is a phased approach to = ramping up the sales force in Canada to maximize organic growth in 2022 = and 2023. Attended a leadership conference by one of the high-end CCRC groups in = Ontario (biggest province in Canada). It was an opportunity to build = relationships with the senior leadership and front line managers. In = lieu of HCL/s in the Toronto market, I invited Taneisha Persaud, GM of = Toronto office to this meeting as well. Schlegel Villages is going to be = one of the biggest contributor of the sales growth in the province in = the coming months. Had a good meeting with Regional Head of Chartwell Homes in Toronto = (05/05). Until we have the HCL, I will be connecting with the key = decision makers in these premium retirement communities to drive = referral leads. Very Important Points Learned: The Canadian HCLs need focus and direction on their target selection and = appropriate messaging. Both HCLs are highly motivated and qualified = individuals and may have to unlearn certain things from their previous = lives and recalibrate them to HCA=E2=80=99 s way of approaching sales. I = will be working with them to understand the =E2=80=9Cwhy=E2=80=9D behind = their target lists and fine tune their messaging. There are certain lost = opportunities in both markets (e.g. public case managers and behavioural = health consultants - part of Alberta Health Services in Calgary market) Feedback on trainers: Had a very insightful meeting with Jackie and Anastasia. Jackie is very = organized in how she has laid out the onboarding documents and makes = learning easy - Thank you Jackie. I will be looking up to Anastasia to = help me understand accountability tools that has been used on the = corporate side.=20 I will be booking meetings with the GMs to learn
