I have a question regarding the titles of the caregivers you hire. I have to translate the following paragraph: Our workforce includes professional caregivers with a range of experience, skills, personalities, and credentials, including Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), depending on location. And since all of our caregivers are employees, not contractors, we handle scheduling and performance management so our clients and their loved ones don=E2=80=99t have to. I consulted a governmental page and I just wanted to double check if my understanding is correct, since Quebec differs a little bit from the rest of the country. As far as I can tell, Certified Home Health Aides are "PAB", CNA, LPN and LVN are all "infirmi=C3=A8res auxiliaires" and RN are n= urses. I suggest to adjust to Quebec a little, also considering there are French speakers outside of the province who will consult the page and go with : pr=C3=A9pos=C3=A9s aux b=C3=A9n=C3=A9ficiaires (PAB), des infirmi=C3=A8res = auxiliaires autoris=C3=A9es (IA), des infirmi=C3=A8res autoris=C3=A9es (DEC) et des infirmi=C3=A8res cl= iniciennes autoris=C3=A9es (undergraduate studies) et des infirmi=C3=A8res praticienne= s sp=C3=A9cialis=C3=A9es (IPS with a graduate degree). Does it make sense? Do you have any IPS on the field? Do you have what we now call the 'aides de service' who would just do cleaning and cooking? Thank you! --=20 Karine Labelle 514-593-7264 --00000000000074a87f05eb03edcb Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello Tim I hope you=C2=A0are well.
