To: Alysce Craig Hi Alysce, Barb Foran, our Client Sandra Yarnells sister from Atlanta called me due to Clt Sandra being in the hospital. She was obviously very upset and wanted to speak with me about recent events that have her disappointed and very upset. I listened to her concerns and agreed with her that they were all unexpectable. 1. Today at the hospital Sheila showed up with a rollator. The family asked her about it and she said she used it for long distances and the parking lot was just so far from the room. 2. When the specialists visited Sandra and Barb in the hospital Sheila spoke out of context and contradicted what her sister was stating. Which was very rude and out of line and the comments were untrue which affects the care of Sandra. 3. When Barb went back to Sandra's home she went to the fridge to make something to eat and found over 25 items that were expired. 4. Within conversation Barb found out that Sheila was bringing her small dog to work that seems to be a surprise to Barb but, Sandra did ok it. Still Barb was not happy. 5. The condition of the home is in complete disarray. Piles of things all over the house. 6. Then Barb indicated to me that the reason Sandra is in the position that she is in is because Sheila took Sandra to Urgent Care with her when she was sick. That is when Sandra contracted the RSV virus that Sheila was diagnosed with. Barb indicated that she wants Sheila to be coached and would like to keep a familiar face with Sandra if she is actively passing away. If Sandra is able to be weaned off the medication and oxygen she has been receiving Sandra will no longer be able to live in a domestic household. She will need to live in a long term nursing facility for the remainder of her life. This is all documented in Clearcare and I wanted you to know what was going on. I plan on calling Sheila and verifying/investigating this information this evening after she is done with her shift. *Brooke Justiniano, MSM, GCM, CDP* *Client Success Manager* *Geriatric Care Manager | Certified Dementia Practitioner* *mobile (614) 588-6041* *office (614) 481-88881880 MacKenzie Drive #207 Upper Arlington, OH 43220 * *TheKey.com * *[image: TheKey]* The best compliment would be a positive review on google by clicking here ! --0000000000004f0d110631b7d5a0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Brooke Justiniano < brookej@thekey.com &= gt; Date: Fri, Mar 28, 2025 at 2:20=E2=80=AFPM Subject: Compla= int about Employee: Sheila S.
