As you know, I had high hopes for this endeavour and believed it could greatly benefit both our organization and the nurses seeking opportunities with us. However, after gaining further insights and information during the seminar, I have come to realize that our initial plans may not be as feasible as we had anticipated. In order to proceed with this project, we would be required to commit to providing full-time employment, benefits, and covering the expenses associated with the application process for the nurses. Upon careful consideration, I have concluded that this level of commitment may not be convenient or feasible for our organization at this time. I remain committed to exploring alternative options that align more closely with our current capabilities and resources. I appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
