Before the end of the week I need all of you to review your site plans to ensure Actions are specific and expected results have values tied to them. Many I am looking at are missing the mark here. Below is an example of a plan that gives specific actions (GM follow up within 24hrs on all NPS &lt;8) and expected results that contain a number or percentage improvement tied to the very specific actions being implemented.
