I received a call from the daughter of a tier 1 client who was very upset about the way calls are handled after hours. She had a CG issue on Saturday and called in and left a message and her call was returned. However, she feels very strongly that if she pays as much as she does she shouldn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back.
