People are more open to conversations and accepting of a small gift with= out hesitation. - Difficult conversations were had about SLI. Created the opportunity for future growth of quality assurance. Opened conversations to understand better and define processes that will be beneficial for tracking indicators. Although not resolved yet, this uncomfortable painful growth will likely produce an improved understanding and refined process in the near future to help us as we scale growth. - Freeport Rehab visit - New Networking group starting. Revera Granite Landing hosted 1 group and is planning to host a bi-monthly group. Met the Education Coordinator f= or Parkinsons society in southern Ontario and connected really well. - Reconnected with Larissa, general manager from Home Instead Waterloo region. Had long conversations on health relationships between competito= rs. Gave a lead that we couldn=E2=80=99t fill out of our area as a good will= gesture after. - Had a long conversation with Wendy Miller at University Gates, her warmth and openness to conversation completely shocked me. Challenges/Concerns (Referral Account Specific) - Outbreaks. The majority of Retirement homes are in Outbreak, significantly limiting opportunities for F2F - Hopefully will hit SOC target. 1 SOC pending for Dec 30 start, POA reluctant but Client is 100% right to sign Freeport and Winston Park may not allow to return without Private care. Removed urgency to sign to war= m up POA. - Not sure why Revenue is low in AP, Shifts alone from Community Living & Laurelwood Court should have easily met goal. - SAP Plan. I have had a very difficult time selecting the top 20 and I= =E2=80=99m still not settled on it. With the high turnover of management staff in Retirement and LTC homes, I feel there is an opportunity to =E2=80=9Ctes= t the water=E2=80=9D for new/renew relationships with Retirement & LTC. Althou= gh I have been in my role for a quarter I still see a need for a board outreach. - TheKey Collateral (Canadian) It would be very helpful and beneficial to start January with a mass spread of TheKey branded Collateral. I see competitors' Collateral in several Homes and in the offices of several o= f our top-priority referrals partners. I would like to see our information Front and Centre in my Region.
