My only concerns are the amount of calls that we are getting and them not completing tasks they indicate they are and they are leaving them for the office today. I sent the examples to Chris as we discussed last week. It would be best for him to have examples. The concerns that come to mind are: 1. Client Leela Paul in Calgary, the caregiver called to report that the client wanted the July 30th shift changed to 830am to 1pm - they confirmed with the client but never changed the shift - I had to adjust it the next morning when I was double checking their report. 2. Hilary Dickerson - if a client cancels less than 24 hours notice the caregiver is paid 3 hours for her shift but the caregiver cannot give paid unless they complete the shift. Is that something they can do for less than 24 hours notice? 3. Saturday July 27 - They mentioned that they sent a caregiver to the on-call client success line? Where does this line go, there is no on call client success. Can someone please attend and ask these questions. Chris has all the examples. Thanks a bunch. *Thank you,* *Shawntel Sousa, LPN* *Client Success Manager* *Office: 403-301-3777* *Direct: 403-305-6588* *TheKey.ca * [image: TheKey] --00000000000035f322061e8b9c66 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Both,=C2=A0 I cannot make the weekly check = in with Frax this week as I booked myself a consult.
