I realize you have been used to that email but you are now part of TheKey and it confuses the lines of ownership and we are not affiliated with HCA as we are a different company. Please also ensure that any caregivers that have an HCA email stop using it to communicate with you as from now on they should only use personal email as we do not provide team leaders at this time with theKey email. This is a really important message team so please stop using HCA email immediately. The letter that our clients may be receiving are from the CRA and it could make alot of them very upset but please remember we have done nothing wrong as all our clients signed new agreements with TheKey and they will not owe the CRA any money. I will be reaching out to TheKey lawyers as I want to be able to get ahead of this to our clients. Right now it is only the two clients that we know about Sheila and Klaus but there could be more and likely is.
